Our site-tensioned acoustic ceilings do not rely on pre-fabricated, heat-shrunk vinyl plastics. Instead, we use an engineered textile approach designed specifically for superior sound control:

1. Perimeter Anchoring: Heavy-duty PVC track profiles are securely anchored to the top of your walls or directly to the structural ceiling soffit.

2. Acoustic Core Treatment: High-performance sound absorption panels (typically 25mm or 50mm thick) are fitted flush inside the grid.

3. Mechanical Tensioning: Premium acoustic fabrics are mechanically tucked into the track profile under high tension, creating a drum-tight, sagging-free horizontal surface.
